Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui perceived price fairness berpengaruh langsung terhadap consumer satisfaction, menguji hubungan perceived price fairness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, mengetahui pengaruh consumer satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention dan menguji consumer satisfaction memediasi hubungan pengaruh perceived price fairness terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian eksplanasi yang dilaksanakan melalui pengumpulan data di lapangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua Konsumen Tasneem food and society. dengan sampel sebanyak 130 orang, analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perceived price fairness yang tinggi mampu meningkatkan repurchase intention pada Konsumen Tasneem food and society 2) Perceived price fairness yang tinggi mampu meningkatkan repurchase intention pada Konsumen Tasneem food and society, 3) Consumer satisfaction yang tinggi mampu meningkatkan repurchase intention pada Konsumen Tasneem food and society dan 4) Consumer satisfaction yang tinggi memediasi hubungan pengaruh perceived price fairness terhadap repurchase intention pada Konsumen Tasneem food and society Kata Kunci: perceived price fairness, consumer satisfaction dan repurchase intention.
